Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and customer-friendly experience. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully:

  1. Standard Cancellations
    Guests may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled date and receive a 100% refund with no deductions.
  2. Late Cancellations
    Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service date are non-refundable, as preparations for outfits, guides, transportation, and photography are arranged in advance.
  3. No-Show Policy
    If the guest does not arrive or fails to use the booked service on the scheduled date, the full booking amount will be forfeited.
  4. Change or Rescheduling Requests
    Guests may request a change in date or time up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. No rescheduling is allowed within 24 hours of the service timing.
  5. Service Disruptions From Our Side
    If a service cannot be provided due to:
    • Extreme weather
    • Monument closure
    • Operational or technical issues
    • Unforeseen circumstances

     Guests will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule without any extra charges.

  6. Payment Refund Timeline
    Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.
  7. Partial Service Usage
    If a guest avails only part of the service (e.g., only photography but not rental), refunds will be calculated based on the portion not used, as per management discretion.
  8. Non-Refundable Items
    Printed photographs, used rental outfits, and completed guide or transport services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
